Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the transport services offered by HM Transport, a company specialized in premium private transportation. They apply to any booking made by a client, whether an individual or a company, for chauffeur-driven vehicle rental services, airport/train station transfers, event transportation, business travel, and any other transport service in France and internationally.

Purchasing a service from HM Transport implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2 – Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made via:

The booking is only confirmed after receiving a confirmation email from HM Transport.

Requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure. HM Transport reserves the right to cancel a booking up to the day before the service, without fees or compensation to the client.


Article 3 – Prices and Payment Terms

All prices indicated on the website and in quotes are inclusive of tax (TTC) and include a VAT of 10% or 20%, in accordance with legislation on public passenger road transport.

HM Transport reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply in the event of:

  • Transport of animals

  • Oversized or excess luggage

  • Additional passengers

  • Extra hours not planned in advance

  • Damage to the vehicle (intentional or otherwise)

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit card (secure online payment)

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (in certain cases, according to applicable regulations)

All services must be paid for before the service is provided.


Article 4 – Cancellation and Modification

Any modification or cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the service, by email or telephone.

If the cancellation occurs:

  • More than 48 hours before the service → full refund

  • Less than 48 hours before the service → charged at 100% with no possible refund


Article 5 – Delays and Waiting Time

Free waiting time included in the packages:

  • Airport: 1 hour and 15 minutes after the flight lands

  • Train station: 15 minutes after the train arrives

  • Home, office, hotel: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time

Beyond these periods, waiting fees will be charged as follows:

  • Airport: €85 per additional hour

  • Train station: €65 per additional hour

  • Home, office, hotel: €65 per additional hour

If the client does not show up and fails to notify within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, HM Transport may cancel the service and charge the full amount of the service.


Article 6 – Disputes and Claims

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts of Paris (adapted to the registered address in 75014 Paris).

Any claim relating to a service must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days following the service, to:
